Looking to buy 37's. Picking up lift stuff from ORD in a couple weeks. Don't wanna lift more than 4 inches. Anybody running 37's on a four inch lift? Just curious as to how much sheet metal that costs ya. This is still a DD, will be for at least a year and a half more. Did a search, but not much in the way of specifics /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif
Any ideas or comments would be appreciated greatly.
Guess I'll be looking for that 14bolt next...

maybe u shold get the 14bolt first cause then you'll need 8lug rims or a 6lug adapter.

but anyway thats exactly what I plan to run 37x12.50 MTRs on 4inch lift. But It proly wont happen for a while.

What I plan to cut is horizontally right under the side parking lamp. in the front and the make a horizontal cut on the inner fender and take out that and the outter fender, bang em flat to the fire wall and tack em all together. throw some bed liner over the fenders and that section of the firewall. for the rear Im gunna cut striaght back under the tail light and make an arched curve about 3 or 4 inches forward.

well I got 37 MTR's on a 5 inch lift. 4 inch BDS springs, long shackles, shim, and flip in rear. Here are some links. Sorry that they are so long. I haven't figurured out the clickable link set up yet.

I'll let you know how much I trim off this weekend. My truck has those 36's on 4 " lift. Also I went to Action Auto parts over here in Aurora. They have 3-4 14 bolts for 139.00 ea. Just in case your interested. Later

I trimmed as high as i could horizontally in the front. I beat the inners back and bolted them to the cab floor. Then I cut the fenders almost back to the cab. Turned out looking pretty good.
