I've been trying to set up my triple shifters for quite some time, but have been having trouble seting them up. I think I have the 203 stick set up already, but I can't figure out the 205 twin stick. Now, my 203 is clocked upside down and my Lo Max is clocked up 4". I've tried calling Kyle over at NWF and he helped me setup the 203 but I was completely blank about the twin stick. He told me I had to get the shift rails in the neutral position, if I remember correctly, and do so on and so on. This was about 2 months ago. Since then, I've tried reaching Max on here, but hasn't responded. So I've pretty much given up hope getting help from them and hoping some of you Triple Stick owners can help another CK5er out :D . If not, I guess I'll figure some way of shifting them.

here's what I have so far:

Pic 1: 203 stick
Pic 2: 203 stick
Pic 3: What I have left over for the twin stick
Pic 4/5: metal that will connect the two shift rails

thanks ahead of time....

Does that black bar in front of your Np205 has a "Z" bend so it can clear the front range shift rail? It looks like the bar is supposed to fit into the rear range shift rail.

May not help but here's a pic of my set up.
actually helps quite a lot, now i can picture it in my head. I usually don't have any trouble picturing stuff, but for some reason I just couldn't see this. You have a driver drop right? I can see how it'll work now. I'm just wondering if that flat bracket on your shift rails goes in between, below, or above the indentions in the shift rails. That's the part I'm still pondering :D . But those pics really do help out a lot.

In all the way is low range.

You know what. After looking at your last picture, I think the bar is supposed to go on the bottom. Stick a 1/4" bolt though the shift rail and the slot in the bar, but do NOT TIGHTEN all the way. Leave some slop. Use double nuts or a lock washer to prevent losing the bolt. The hole in the middle of the black bar(whichever one line up to one of the shifters) should have a hiem joint.

In your third picture, the brackets with the red arrows should have one bracket in front of the range box and one in back of the range box. The bracket with the blue arrow should connect the two previous brackets as a brace.
