How soon are you looking at needing a cab? I have a '73 2wd that I'm still driving right now thats gonna get parted out soon as I get something else fixed and reliable... Plus a rust free 8' bed thats fairly straight but not perfect. I'd trade you the whole parts truck less motor for the rear bumper and a little cash if I like the style.

is the 73 body almost the same and an 83? i bought all the parts i need to do the 91 grill swap will it work on the 73 ?

The parts will bolt up, you just need to modify the cab slightly for the hood hinge to mount on. Very easy to do and I can put you in touch with a friend of mine who has done it before...
