Truck doors on a k5?

Won't doors from a '75 or '76 3/4 ton swap right into into my '75 K5? I would like to make half doors with the ones from the truck. Just want to make sure before I pick them up.

Yes, they will. You just need to cut them to fit the top and don't forget the support brace that's welded inside of the door where the cap goes on it (by the door lock)

Cut them to fit the top? You mean the roof, correct? You just trim the top of window frame I take it? As for the brace, wouldn't I have to cut that out when I cut the door down?

you make them look like this when you cut them down to fit the older topper there is a brace under the cap that is circled in yellow
