Deffinately replace the u-bolts. I broke the spring perches off my 14 bolt once because I did a ****ty job welding them on and when that happened, it stripped the threads on the u-bolts as well.

ok new ubolts are on the way.
dave, i put the blue box on in april. my brown one was BAD compared to this one. i had the opertunity to buy this one so i did. i did replace the driver side fender a few days before the pull, you just can't see it very well in the video.
my truck pulls even better with the stick and 4.10s in than with the auto and 3.42s that were in it at the mounds with you.
