Check for vacuum leaks, a plug wire off, or plug wires out of order. That will make your truck run like crap PDQ.

I already did /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif BTW it was running good before, and nothing was changed. Sugar in the gas tank mabey? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Ok, i fixed it........problem= Truck ran like a POS, and wouldnt stay running. Solutiion...=Remove and replaced d-cap,removed and replaced module(inside d-cap).Also , i think the true problem here, was another vac leak. I noticed the hose on the carb (the front of the carb) was over the plastic vacum tee connector, but, the old hose ,even though it was over the fitting was still leaking. Its like it got stretched,allowing air to get past. Replace vacum hoses.Also, on as side note,spraying the hell out of the carb inside and out seemed to help(freed up moving parts.) All in all it runs better than it has for along time.Life is good. So, if YOUR truck is running like a POS, check these things first. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gifJacob
