Do the wide aluminum trim panels interchange between early and late tailgates? I prefer the right side logo but have an early centered logo gate, is there any reason I couldn’t mix things up?

They don't interchange between -80, and +81. The ribs are different spacing, so the bolt holes don't line up. Might be able to be modified, but not a bolt on.
