here are some pictures of my progress. In the last week or so I installed, 4 inch alcans in the front(offset center pin 2" and one inch longer than stockers) ford shock towers with 16" travel shocks, removed zero rates from rear, new shackles all the way around, fabbed up a new transfercase crossmember, put on the DIY4X rear bumper and tire swing, blazen offroad sliders with step kit.Extremely happy with the springs, top of tire to the fender is 8 inches to give some idea of the travel.Going to have to make some bumpstops because the front springs are just to soft the back barely flexed going backwards. The ride is a 100 times better on the street, but with no sway bar it leans hard. Waited a longgg time for the rear bumper but it was well worth it. Mr. Kert ran into some problems, but as said it was well worth it. Rocksliders are very stout as well. I could get more out of the rear if I had longer shocks but the dual exhaust is in the way of an inboarding kit/design so I got to do something about it. Here are the pics...

Yep, it was a long wait! Sorry bout that bud.

Thanks to Drey for letting me use his blazer for set up purposes! Our regular setup vehicle was no longer available for this one.

Yea it was well worth it, great customer service too! Fit and finish was bar none too, i have gotten many compliments on it. I went with the procomp(33600)shocks. The shock towers actually took me all day, with the shocks being so long and the springs offset it took me a while to get them where I liked them. The drive side is TIGHT with the steering shaft and watch out for those fuel lines on the passenger side too. Going to weld some bracing to them soon but rather than that pretty happy.

Should I get everything else in and order shocks first?
Dont quite understand the question, but when i did it I already had the shocks and moved them around when I was doing the mock up. I thought it was easier doing it that way than just strictly using a tape measure.I dont think you will have any issues I am just kind of impatient and those shocks are huge lol. I was able to get it where 6 inches or so of rod is showing when the truck is at rest.

ill snap a pic soon, definately easier with the shock IMO.Sorry for the confusion the question makes perfect since now lol.

Looks good

Where did you get those shackles?

no limiting straps but I need to start making some kind of bumpstop, the alcans are just too soft. I didnt have any issues when flexed all the way out, my front driveshaft has 10 inch plus of slip. my buddy at http://copperheadfab.com/ cut them out for me, he just came up with that design and asked me if I liked them so I took them. He will cut them any size you want to btw.
