Truck Won't Start :)

I got her started once today and that was it, I replaced the plugs, there is fuel in the caberator and when it started it started as soon as I let off the starter. I has had problems starting in this way before, where it will start RIGHT AS I turn the key 1/2 way from start to run. I think it may be a problem with the Carberator I don't know much about carbs Any help?
