Nice, but what are you getting at here? I think you should run over that shopping cart.

Yes, yes it is! And if you had resized the pic it would have fit the page

I cannot find any image hosting web site that has image resizing capabilities. At least a free one.

web shots

I do not want to use web shots because I have to sign up for an account, and then install some of their software, which has BIG TIME spyware capabilities.

its alright bout the pic size..

what are the specs on the truck? looks clean

It's a 1991 V3500 (civilian Silverado model PS, PW, PL, A/C, Bose Delco stereo, full gauge set, and all the other creature comforts :D ), which came originaly with a 350, but the person I bought it from put a junkyard 305 (from a mid-80's Camaro) in it when he blew up the original engine. I have the money to buy a GM Perfomance HT-383 Crate engine for it soon. It also has an 4L80E trans, NP 205 transfer case, 6" of lift, and 35" tires.

still tbi or they convert to carb when goin with the junk 305? will be sweet with a 383 in it

Just for "Sh!ts and Grins" here's my other truck. 1985 K30 Dually, 454, Turbo 400, NP 205, 1" body lift, 33" tires.

It is still TBI. I will stay with the TBI when I put the 383 into to it. GM Performance has a vortec/TBI manifold I am going to get.

Thanks, The old V3500 is still truckin.

Dont you need to put a new chip in it to run the 383? I dont think the stock one will like all that hp and torque. Also it would lack the fuel pressure you would need.

Yes, I have put some thought onto this, and it is going to get an aftermarket chip. I have a friend at work that has an interface device with all the software to upload and download instructions into to a programable chip. I may use the stock chip to smog it, but then again I can probably tune down a programable chip for smog purposes too. I am also going to modify the the TBI fuel injectors for the engine as well.

Hey 1Ton, you should combine them into one truck and you'd end up with mine. Damn, I love the look of these trucks. :D
