Trying to figure out next project

Okay, I have a sm465/np205 in my truck now behind a 350
The combo is a 12 spline unit.

I just picked up a 454/th400/np203 combo and an extra np208 with the
adapter still attached.

What do I need to do to make a double out of the 205/203.
I'm thinking the coversion to the 32 spline input and the adapter, but what else am I missing.

doublers are pretty simple... so long as your 203 has the right input/adapter to take the trannys output... you have the doubler adapter plate itself.. and the 205 has the right input to take the doublers intermediate shaft, you oughta be "all good". Add a cool set of shifters and your set.

btw, if its a chevy, I don't think they ever used 12 splines for anything.... more than likely your 465 is a 10 spline.
