Several years ago someone was making billet aluminum bearing hubs for 14FF's and they came in red, blue and plain aluminum colors.

I'm trying to find the name and web site. Anyone know who it was and/or who makes aluminum hubs?

Does anyone know of any billet aluminum 14FF pinion support carriers made and offered on the market?

Got a customer wanting to shave weight for his mud runner so I'm checking around for him.

FYI that picture is of the Ballistic hubs. I know SDHQ is a much better company than ballistic but I think they are just selling the ballistic made hubs.

Made from billet steel. Looking for aluminum for weight savings. Nice product though.

I noticed that and was leary at first about trying to get anything from Ballistic.

I wonder if SDHQ has any problems with Ballistic? Probably not since they probably drop ship directly from them.

i have purchased from sdhq before no problem. but it was only lube locker gaskets.

must not be to good tho. thay still cant remove LOTS of peoples email adrress from ther email list. hit that un sub button a lot and its still coming .

For every thing I hear that they have things moving again I hear 10 more like this.

I would be hesitant.

There is a guy from up north like Michigan? that does some Al hubs for a D60, and he may be doing something for a 14b too. Can't remember off the top of my head but he's a mud guy. Pro something I think?

If we could find out who he is, we should petition him to fab some pinion support carriers. I'm tired of searching for them and only coming up with Ford 9" stuff.
