I don't really have a point to have that many... but...
The '68 Chevy 2wd was my dads and we've had it since a year before I was born.
The red '78 was originally a C20 2wd and was "my" first truck when I got a license. Now it's a true K30 below the body.
The '64 Int'l is one we had when my dad was still around too, and it's complete so, I didnt pay anything for it, so it'll stay.
The '73 Int'l truck, '74 Scout II and Wagoneer... same as above.
The '80 GMC was the truck we bought to be a 4x4 replacement for the '68 Chevy for all around use back when I was 14 years old, and it's one of my favorite trucks.
The "Truck Blazer" was bought because I wanted a K5, though it was more truck than K5, but I kept it and it's grown since then and well I just cant get rid of it now.
The Camo Blazer was bought for $400 running, and has since paid for itself, and will soon become the designated "trail" rig.
The Orange Blazer was gotten to have a K5 I could drive on the street and also to have a full removable top, but has since been parted out and rebuilt with free parts, so right now I have like less than $200 into it (depending on what tires its on at the time). But for what I'm into it, its not worth getting rid of.
The Blue Blazer became the rig that I actually intend on making a street driver K5 that can do all around wheeling.
The '55 Napco... well, it's rare and I traded like under $400 worth of stuff for it.
The FJ55 Landcruiser, well, the way it sits Ive made like a $300 profit from it, and have the 1-ton 4.88 Dana 60 and 14-bolt for it, and a 327 ready to drop in it.
The $400 '79 Toyota... hey, it was a $400 Toyota turn key. I always can part out out later on.
Both Buses I actually rode to school in high school in 9th grade, and when the school sold them I got both for $500... so I can keep them around.
The Little Crew Cab is getting a Cummins motor and will be the main tow rig.
The big Crew Cab may be getting a 560 big block and 54" tires and will be the mini-minster truck.
The Budget Suburban is a no bucks rig with all the good stuff with no cash invested.
The Snow Plow truck will be designated for plowing, hauling tools, and the welder/generator.
The '72 GMC Jimmy was given to me by a family member as long as I didnt get rid of it.
The '81 Suburban is supposed to be my main people hauling rig.
The Stepside I never intended on keeping... was going to rob the 1-ton axles, winch and big block, swap in 3/4 ton stuff, a small block and stock bumpers, and re-sell it. Then it grew on me cause I didnt have a Stepside yet.
The '85 is a budget no bucks rebuilding of an '85 I had years before and liked, this time using all 1-ton stuff and a budget of "spare parts" so far.
And the '83 C10 conversion to 4x4? I dont know why I kept this truck, it was a $500 2wd, drove it, but wasnt happy with it being a 1/2 ton 2wd. Now it's a K30 4x4 and from selling all the 2wd's excess components and using parts from parted out rigs, I have a K30 truck that I'm into under $200 cash, probably less actually. I just need to finish bolting the body on.
So Ive gone over and over each and every truck many times before, but these are the main ones I havent been able to make myself let go of for sentimental reason, or other reason.
