Trying to identify a part.

[78 GMC Jimmy]

So I have a 78 Blazer. T-case has holt on U-jounts. Slip is in the middle of the driveshaft.

So the rear output yoke (for the rear driveshaft) is bolted on to a splined shaft.

Any idea what part number that yoke would be?
