So by ballooning do you mean the side walls buldging out? Has this been a problem for any of your crew? That could put the side walls in harms way on sharp rocky trails. I'll be puting them on 8'' wheels would that help you think?

It isn't so much that the sidewalls bulge out as that the tread is round on top. The tread contact is held flat on the bottom by the weight of the rig but up top it looks funny with the center lugs an inch higher than the side lugs. This is true at any PSI, looks like someone put 200psi in them or something.

O. well thats no big deal to me, the contact patch would still be good 8-10 psi than? My 37x13'' boggers on 8'' wheels "crown" a little but its never seemed to matter.

Yah it definatly isn't a function issue, just looks odd next to other swampers.

LOVE my 39.5 IROK'S

I bought 39.5 IROKS and have loved them everyday since. I drive 18 miles to and from work each weekday and then 60+ on the weekends (all blacktop) and I still have 7/8 tread after 6months! The IROK also works AWESOME in reverse in mud situations. As far as mud... my boggers never took me nearly as far! This tire REALLY is the BEST all around tire Interco has made! To the engineers that came up with them.
