TSL's, directional tire?

Here's a real noob question for ya:
Are Bias TSL's a directional tread pattern, or can they be mounted either way?

The print on the sidewall is different though... BOLD on one side and skinny on the other.

Yep.

When I look at a truck, one of the "attention to detail" giveaways is if they got all the tires mounted with the same lettering facing out on all four.

yeah, but strangely some people are reporting that they work very well (some even say better) when run backwards.... definitely weird.
