should hold up pretty good. 2" hrew tube welded to 3" x3/8" strap bolted to frame with 1/2" grade 8 bolts.

dual batteries will be in front of the fuel cell. the distance from the front hoop of the cell to the one behind toolbox is only 20 inches so not that big of an area to store much!jekbrown said:it looks cool... but what exactly is it designed to do other than protect the gas tank? what goes between the fuel tank and the tool box? that might shed some light on your design...

also what rene said, trying to control as much flex as i can without weldind to the frame. the bed will also have 1/4" rubber between it and the frame.still undecided if an exocage is in order if so that will tie into the bed with poly bushings.tool box is wider than i like (tires may hit it) it may go away for a narrower one
