Does anyone make a tube style flat fender for a mid 2000's silverado?

I would say it'd have to be custom fabbed, I only know of the fiberglass one's out there for those trucks if that helps.

Yeah kinda hopin to get a tube fender like jeeps have..ive looked everywhere.. fiberglass is too expensive

I have wanted to design a bad ass set of tube fenders for full size chevy's for a long time now. I have a good design already in mind, just never bent any tube yet. I want to do away with the fenders on my K5, and I want a tough and tough looking set of tube fenders that can have aluminum panels that are removable if a person wanted a spicific look.

Basically how DIY tube doors have a similar chevy door shape, the fenders would be similar to a certain degree with maybe somewhat of a pre runner style flair to them for tire coverage to be "legal" for the street and the factory hood would still integrate and look right while still on the vehicle. Only issue is they would only be for stock width rig. Tapered fenders would be a hole different design of course.

I like them because you can put a bigger tire and not worry about wheel travel up and down and hitting the fender if u air it out. Id like ones moderately easy to remove to access the engine easier. It would be nice if they werent overly expensive either. (Ie: like the tiregate thats over $1000 for a few peices of tube and weld). Id definitely buy one since it has a good purpose. And you can bolt stuff to the like lights or shovels and such
