Tube lock things for cages?

I am having a hard time finding them, they make a cage bolt in but they weld to each side of the tube that you want to join and have like teeth that engage with each other to lock the tube in better. Anyone know where I can find them?

No but close, these have these teeth that lock in with the other side and then there are lik 2 bolts bolting it all together, they seem like a strong way to build a bolt in type cage, but I cant find where I have seen them

How does it work?

each end of it welds to the tubes that you want to join, the teeth interlock and then there are 2 bolts that hold it together.
