Been looking at different folks tube based rigs and most seem to use the stock blazer firewall and floor. Was think the same thing on mine and tube the rest but on the k5s the floor is all flat whereas the truck under the seat area it rises to clear the factory saddlebag tanks. Has anyone cut up and only use the floor and firewall off a truck cab to start a base off to tube out a rig? Any other ideas/ concepts? Thanks.
