These guys make a really cool prerunner style tube bumper. Its probably not EXACTLY what your looking for but I would really like to build something like this on my crew cab to hold my 37" spare. They dont list one for our year trucks but my buddy emailed them a few months ago and they said they were in the process of putting one together.
