I just ordered the 6" CLR, the 5" will probably thin the outside wall too much.
I think it's mostly a matter of what looks good to you. I think the smaller radius looks better, and it often fits better, especially for cages. As for thinning, I doubt there is an appreciably difference between the two dies.
FWIW, I don't think they make a 5. Should be 5.5 unless things have changed...

Im gettin the 1.75x6x240, personally... now I just need to find someone local to get a bender and a different size die so we can trade on occassion... lol! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
