I am adding cage to the roll bar and the metal supply yard does not carry 1 3/4 od .134HREW they only have 1 3/4 .120. My question, Is that strong enough or should I look elsewhere for the same wall thickness. how much of a difference is that.

I have an 8 point right now and I am going to halo and cage the front and add some more tubing to the rear. When I go over I dont want the roof to flop on me.

Most of the reason to go to a thicker wall is to prevent the tube from denting (on something like a buggy that will get flopped many times). Bigger tubing will resist bending better but will dent easier.

1.75" .120" wall tube should treat you fine for a cage in a Blazer :thumb:
