Tuff country 6'' springs possibly installed backwards?

A few months ago i changed out my 4'' springs and blocks to 6'' tuff country springs. Once i put it all back together i noticed that both the front and rear axles are closer to the rear of the truck. I put the springs in with the labels facing the rear of the truck. Im running 37 inch tires and when i flex just lightly the fronts tires hit the rear fang and fenderwell leaving the front fang with plenty of room. Is it possible that these are in backwards? Ill be doing my 1 ton swap this weekend so i figured now would be a good time to find out about this.
 
The front springs have a center pin so it shouldn't matter how you have them. the rear springs are the same unless you have 56 inch springs. Then it would be very noticeable if you have them wrong. They would be 4 inches off center towards the rear of the wheel well.
I have noticed tuff country make the springs a little longer then stock with there lift springs to make up what the arch of the spring took away. If you have alot of weight in the truck then you will end up flattening the spring some. The rear springs because the fixed point is in the front of the spring it brings you a little more wheel base length. The front springs end up shortening the wheel base a little because the fixed point is also in the front.
You can see this in my build thread. I used tuff country springs and ended up with a full 64 inch spring in the rear before it was loaded up with stuff. Then again in the front I didn't end up with a full 2 inch axle relocation because of the spring flattening out. once I get the winch on and new bumper and fluids I'll play with the adj. more and should get more forward axle location.
 
ive got the 56's out back so i geuss that means everything is ok. Ive already ordered a set of zero rates(the same time i ordered the crossover) which i was planning on running in the rear to compensate for the extra inch or less that the dana 60 would give me when i do the swap but now i am considerin puting the zero rate up front to move that axle foward to keep the tires from rubbing as bad as they are. Therefore running another 2 inches in the rear to keep her level. Any opinions on this?
 
I would turn the rear springs backwards to get 4 more inches of wheel base, if it was me.
