I'm confused with the torque specs for the eye bolts. Instructions state to torque to 120, but don't torque to 120, then torque to 40. Doesn't sound right. Should I just torque everything to 120, except the small front rear bolts? Figured 50 is good for those.

Also, it says to remove the front bushings and grease them. There's no freakin way I can pull those bushings out. I left them the way they came. Going to be a problem?

bushings need grease added. if there not stock style rubber they will pop out . tap the center tube out and then twist/pull the bushing halfs out 1 per side .

front spring eye bolts snug then just a hair bit more as to not compress the tube and make it bind in the bushings .

u-bolts go for 120 ft lb and recheck in 50-100 miles then in under 500 miles .

most all rear springs for lift kits still use rubber bushings . . . but fronts 98% the time use poly .

take a socket and extension and tap the tube threw . then work that bushing .

if there used parts then there most likely rusted/fuzed in place and will require a new set.

the new stuff can stick a bit hard from the fresh paint they slop on the leafs .

How big is your lift? If you are adding extensions for your brake lines would you mind posting pictures? Im doing a 6 inch right now and I'm kinda stuck on that part

Sure, be happy to.....but it's raining like crazy here and the truck is outside. I'll do it as soon as it's light and there's no rain.

I appreciate it, I have posted a picture of what's in my way under the driveway builds section. I bought the kits used and I didn't want to spend 800 for a shop to put the lift on. But now here I am scratching my head.

I see what you mean. The "extension kit" doesn't really extend the lines, as it relocates them so you have more slack. If I were to do it over again, I would just purchase extended brake line hoses for a 6" lift, since you probably want to replace the old ones anyway. In my opinion, the relocation kit included with the lift is kinda hokey. Here's the instructions from Tuff Country for your Blazer, including drawings of how the kit works. Let me know if you still want pics, I can probably do it on Tuesday. http://www.tuffcountry.com/wp-content/uploads/instructions/16611.pdf

I'll take the pics if you got the time, I guess my problem is the parking brake, once I get that off does that go over the top of the leaf spring?

And another dumb question, did or can you grease the outside of the bushings a bit to get them to slide back in place

I'll take them tomorrow. Parking brake cable shouldn't go over the leaf spring, I don't think. I didn't pay attention, but I looked up a video and the cables were below the springs. You shouldn't have to remove the parking brake cables.

I feel like your parking brake cables are super long compared to mine. I'm getting there slowly, I'm just having a super hard time. Thank you for the pictures
