Tunercat question

Posted this earlier titled 'tunerpro' by mistake.
Has anyone used the Tunercat software? I've downloaded it and unzipped it but everytime I open the program I'm asked for a file password. I've deleted and re-downloaded several times, each time saving it to my desktop and then extracting the files with the same end result! Any ideas??
Tunerpro don't seem to have a contact email address or phone number. Thanks.

and you've got the tunerpro forums Mark Mansur is the guy that created it, so he's the main man and it looks like he posts to the forums regularly.

Thanks Mr.D! You're a fountain of knowledge as usual! It is Tunercat I needed the info on. I'll drop him a line and see if he can help. I must be doing something simple wrong.
