Tunercat help

Has anyone used the Tunercat software? I've downloaded it and unzipped it but everytime I open the program I'm asked for a file password. I've deleted and re-downloaded several times, each time saving it to my desktop and then extracting the files with the same end result! Any ideas??
Tunerpro don't seem to have a contact email address or phone number. Thanks.

Where did you download it from?

FYI: Tunerpro RT which usually costs 42 dollars or more can be downloaded free here... http://tunerpro.markmansur.com/

It already has the 1227747 ecm in it.

If it doesn't work try tuner pro.

Thanks but I titled the post wrongly. It should have read 'Tunercat'
