I've been playing with different size accelerator pump discharge nozzles. Most all of them come in pairs, so I have plenty of extra nozzles in several different sizes. You can buy one from me and save yourself from having to buy a pair.

Here's what I have:
SOLD
.031" Nozzles would be $11 for the pair
You get 1 for $5

Squirter32.jpg

.032" Nozzles would be $11 for the pair
You get 1 for $5

Squirter35.jpg

.035" Nozzles would be $11 for the pair
You get 1 for $5

SOLD
.037" Tube-type nozzles would be $19 for the pair
You get 1 for $8

Squirter37-anitpullover.jpg

.037" Anit-pullover nozzles would be $12 for the pair
You get 1 for $5

SOLD
.040" Tube-type nozzles would be $19 for the pair
You get 1 for $8

OR you can buy them in a package deal for $25. That would include all of them listed above with the exception of the .037" anti-pullover nozzles because I'm assuming you would only need the one tube-type .037" nozzle.

All prices include shipping.

Just curious, what size nozzle/cam did you end up settling on?

Right now I'm running a 50cc accelerator pump, brown cam (only can be used with 50cc), .040" squirter. The off-idle lean-stall is tuned out, now I'm chasing a bog under load. I've only had the .040" squirter in for a couple of days, though. And I only drive the truck once a week at most.

You know you're the second person to ask after I posted this. :rotfl:

That's a heck of a lot of fuel for the primary squirter. What cam/manifold combo are you running? Typically I have not seen that large of an accelerator pump setup except on single plane manifolds and high overlap cams.

Nothing too radical. Just a 350 with Edelbrock dual plane performer manifold (not even an RPM version). The cam is a CompCam 268H: 268/268 advertised, 218/[email protected]", .454/.454 Lift, 110°LSA.

I hear what you are saying, but it's working. I don't have the off-idle stall anymore. I figure it's gotta be tuned pretty well for my needs if I can get around just fine with 38" tires, 4.10 gears, and high TH400 1st gear.

I don't think the normal line of thinking works with these carbs. Rootbreaker was the other guy that asked me about my final combo. He talked to Holley tech and they recommended a black cam and .035" squirter. Guess what, he still has the off-idle stall/bog.

I got the idea for the 50cc pump from what other people have tried with these carbs. Some suspect the bigger pump works because of the profile of the brown cam that can only be used with the 50cc pump. So it's probably not the 50cc size that is making the difference. Especially since I rarely, if ever, go WOT.

So I have the same off idle stall, I'm leaning toward FI so I really haven't been messing with it yet just dealing with it.
