Turbo 350 vs. 350-c

Well here is another question.

Can all the guts, including the valve body, be swapped from a non lockup 350 into a lockup 350, which would basically be turning the lockup into a non lockup. Are the cases the same? Is this possible? I just got my non lockup torn down, and am going to tear down the lockup now, but will it work?

I just don't want to run into problems, I don't want to run a lockup, just want to swap guts.

ok, I just got the valve body off the lockup, and the cases are different. The passages are different, SO, Is there anyway of making this work?

I got the busted trans apart, and it was definatly a trail trans, the only clutches that were worn are rev, and 1st, and it needs some thrust bushings, and the pump is bad. But the case from the p/u I got from t.j. turns out is a lockup, and the valve body passages in the housing are different.

So, it looks like i am gonna pull apart the one on the crossmember that I got form you, and put the guts from the broken one into it, and keep the guts coming out of it.

no, I wanted to keep the one from you all together as a back up, and take the broken one from you and the bad one from t.j. to make a good one, that way I had 2 good ones. but anyway, I sent you a p.m.
