turbo 350

a friend of mine has a wrangler with a 355 d44 and a norrowed 14b, it has a 4spd and a 205. he wants to change it to automatic (only from a car accident that left his right arm palalyzed or he would leave it alone)th350. i found one attatched to a 203 with all the linkage ...is 300.00 too much for him to pay...? ill get ya a pic when i can..

Look for a TH400 .

$300 would be in the higher range for a Th350/203. Unless the Th350 has been rebuilt recently, and the 203 actually shifts decent. I'd hold out for a Th350/205.
