Could someone refresh my memory as to what makes the seal between a Turbo 400 and the 203 adapter, rubber gasket, paper? I guess I missed something when I put it together 5 years ago. Now that I have it running its leaking at that split.
I also have to pull the whole tran/doubler set up out and try to figure out why the 205 won't shift out of 4lo on the rear output? I put the ORD rails in it when I assemble the doubler. I didn't do anything else to the case except for swap the rear slip yolk to a fixed yolk. Case was working fine before the swap.
Any suggestions would be great.

rubber gasket on main 203 adaptor then 6 rubber seal gasket thingys on the bolts to the trans .

205 if twin sticked is front range last in / first out .

if you need refresher on how it goes together check here . https://ck5.com/forums/threads/4l80...05-ord-doubler-3-sticked-its-all-done.253000/

should shift just fine . but maybe little surface rust on the shift rails to 205 case and got ya bound up .

try taking a small dead blow hammer and tapping the shift rails just to make sure there free.

ah maybe I forgot the O-ring thingys on the bolts? that doesn't ring a bell. I kind of remember the rubber gasket. It's square profile round gasket I think?
