from what i hear, the stock 6.5's turbo isnt the best. if anyone knows from expirience, what size aftermarket turbo would match a decently built 6.5?

the TE06 from a power stroke, thats what some people use to upgrade the turbo on the banks kit.

im really thinkin about doing a twin turbo setup. i think this would be really kool and i dont think anyone has doen it yet. if you know someone that has, post some pics please :D

anyone know... does the 6.2/6.5 use a bbc/sbc exhaust manifold flange by chance?

Talking about the flange that goes on the Y pipe?
I think the BBC is the same, I could check for you by tomorrow

well if i actually do decide to build a twin 6.5 turbo, i would make my own headers. waht i am woundering is if i can start with a big block flange instead of making one from scratch

Ah so you want the flange that bolts to the heads...
Well I can check I have a BBC and a diesel I will compare and let you know.

I thought you were talking about the other end also at first...

The block exhaust pattern is not the same.
