I have this '84 m1009 cucv for sale. The 6.2 diesel has around 12k miles on it and starts and runs perfectly. It has a ATS turbo kit on that currently makes about 10 psi and spools quickly, it will make 3-4 psi cruising at 65 mph. It has dual optima red tops and retains the factory 12/24 volt electrical system. There also are boost, egt, oil pressure and coolant temp gauges to keep tabs on the vitals. The th400 and np208 both shift smoothly.
The suspension has a 52" spring swap in the front with bilstein 5100 shocks and crossover steering. The rear is stock springs with the diy4x shackle flip and bilstein shocks. It has double cardon high angle drive lines front and rear.
The exterior has custom bumpers front and rear with a swing out spare tire carrier on the rear. The fenders have been trimmed some for tire clearance.
The tires are almost new(less than 2k miles) Goodyear MTR 35 12.50 15 on 15x8 fake bead lock wheels. It has a 200 psi electric on board air system mounted in the back.
Other random stuff it has include a cb radio, ammo can center console and air horns.
Overall the body is decent with no rust, however it does have some dents and scrapes from off road adventures.
This vehicle runs and drives down the road great. It is a little floaty on the street with the 52" front springs but defiantly is manageable.
I'm asking 5000 or best offer. It really only lacks tons to be a ultimate off road machine.
