Yea that use to belong to the guy that got me interested in K-5's. Actually it was his wifes. He coached my kids baseball team.

Remember that time I refered you to HRM. He use to work there, his other K5 is still there. Its nice but its for show. Thats funny, its a small world

wow, it is a small world. i bought it from his wife. i think she said he had passed away or something, and her daughter didnt want to drive it at school. the body is not as straight as it used to be, but theres virtually no rust except for that one hole in the driverside door thats been there since i bought it. im actually going to be selling it in the not to distant future, for a diesel rig. you gatta come to the next get together when we have it.

you guys should have another get together. you could have it at Paragon on saturday feb. 17th, maybe bring your rigs, and maybe even go wheeling.

:doah: oh wait, that would never work. :D

if anyone wants to plan one that is a little more north I will show.

i may have found one from a member on here, once i know for sure ill post up :)

Thats not even who I knew that had it. Tony sold it about 6 years ago, it was his wifes DD, had a 3"body lift and 33's on it then. But it was way clean, so was his 91 which now has a 8" lift and 39.5's on it I think, but its a show queen in Lorton now

I'll be the one doing that. Keep your eyes peeled for sometime around March.... I'll send you a PM. Hell, I'll talk to you about it on the 17th!:D:usaflag:

actually, i bought this k5 with 3" suspension lift and 35's. its an '88, i swapped the front clip to a '91 and put the bigger lift on as well as 60/14b swap and bought 39.5 iroks. i sold the iroks a couple months ago.

Trust me, bro....I know, I know.... I'm having to deal with it until I can do it all at once. In the meantime, nighttime driving isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Try rubbing them out with tooth paste, the plain white kind. It works wonders on plastic and sometimes chrome.
