Turn signals with tube bumper?

My 81 had the turn signals in the bumper and yesterday I put on a tube bumper .I want to put some street rod type lights in the bumper anybody have any good sources for the those type lights.I tried Summit and Jegs with no luck.

got to looking through my stash of parts and found some factory housing that mount in the grille .Gonna go that route.What ya think?
