I swaped out my front fenders with fenders from a truck that looked like it was going to be restored. It looks like they did some body work on them as well as patched up the turn signal holes but leaving a little light in place.

Do you have any idea on what they were going for here? The patch is welded in, do you have any suggestions on how I can go about installing some turn signals? any ideas will really help!!!!!!

Here is a picture of the little light they left.

Here is a picture of the back side of the fender showing the back of the light, it has two wires coming out of it..

 hmmm, that's pretty odd. interesting, though. i'd be inclined to take advantage of the work already done. i don't know your local laws, but here, i wouldn't be allowed to show that blue light on the road. i'd probably replace it with a clear lens that sat flush and an orange light behind it. that would give it a clean look, but still let you have a turn signal.

Thanks, thats the exact answers im looking for. Anyone else has some suggestions??

You could just weld it shut since you have the blinker in the grill. No one is going to see a blinker that small unless it's night anyway.

Whats johns screen name? Do you know if he had any closer pics of the installation? Or details?
