Turning up the injection pump...

Hey guys, i searched old posts about turning up the injection pump and found some good stuff, but it wasn't a descriptive as i thought. I opened up the injection pump, rotated the engine, but i still couldn't find the adjusting hex screw. The only hex screw i saw was in the upper right corner of the bowl. It was a 3mm allen, but the directions i found said it's an 8mm allen. Can anybody help me out with a little more description???

IMHO it's an easier way than doing it from the top.
