well i had my 700r4 rebuilt last year and i just got my license yesterday so i am finally able to drive it. it was acting great yesterday and most of today.. on the way back home it started acting up a little. it is taking too long to shift anda i'm not sure what to do.. the trans fluid is full along with the motor so there are no problems..

i did see three or four air bubbles on the dipstick, does that mean there is water or excessive heat in the trans? what should i do about it? if the tcase fluid is low could that cause it? i want to check but i have to wait for it to cool off a little.

this is my d.d. for now so i could really use your help asap

thanks guys.

I had a similar issue with the 700r4 in my Camaro after it was rebuilt, only lasted for an afternoon though. I just assumed there was a leftover piece of debris that temporarily got stuck. Two years later, it's still fine.
