So I just found me a set of 39.5 Irok Bias plys on marketplace.
I’m running 24 bolts with TWF inserts. Will I have an issue going from Goodyear MTRs to the Iroks with the inserts? Does anyone know off hand? I tried calling TWF today but no answer.

TWB? Do you mean TWF (Trailworthy Fab)?

I believe the irok has a thicker bead, might be a little harder to get the rings on.
Best way to find out is to have both tires out and measure

Yeah for sure, I was just hoping someone had experience with it or knew before i broke the wheels down, then had to wait on a new set of inserts to come in..... doesnt look like TWF makes them anymore? they still arent answering calls and the inserts arent available on their site anymore.

I think your question is totally reasonable. Somewhere back in the day, there was talk of different width inserts for different tires on Hummer wheels. When I contacted TWF (many years ago), they said it's all the same insert, they just run the impact down as far as it will go on any tire. Theoretically if you had a super fat bead, the o-ring between sections wouldn't seal, but nobody is talking about that. My very limited experience is OZ radials, Bias TSLs and 2 flavors of radial TSLs on the same wheels/inserts and everything worked fine.

I did have problems with one PVC insert that left the tire leaking and discovered it was cut narrower than the other 4 I bought. TWF seemed to not believe me and was not willing to give me any credit or help on a proper width insert, but that 3/8" was all the difference between working fine and the tire spinning on the rim at low PSI.

When I bought inserts from TWF years ago, he asked which tires I was going to run and told me they had different thickness inserts for certain tires.

Trail Worthy was a secondary job, the original business was covering booths for bars and restaurants.
