Two of us are wondering the same thing, I won't implicate anyone by name

Is this the proper orientation for this group of parts from the D44 axle? We are especially wondering about the bevel in the plastic washer.

axle slinger/dust shield thingy, thrust washer and seal right??

I think the bevel goes the other way so its against the stub shaft, otherwise the washer doesn't sit flat on teh stub shaft. Thats what i remember, but its been awhile since the 44 days.

I would put the bevel toward the U-joint for the radius on the stub shaft.
