Two questions

Question 1: What can I do to stop quicker? Currently the brakes are stock. I have a four inch lift and 33's.

Question 2: Can rubbing be expected with 35" tires and a 4" lift?

Q 1- convert your rears to disk.

First I would look into getting the stock brakes working good (test brake booster, pads, calipers, shoes, springs, etc..). I have stock brakes and it stoped fine with 33's (after all of the above was new). Now that I went to 36's it takes more pressure to stop but I can still lock them up.

My 33's rubbed at the front of the rear fender when flexed up. With a little trimming my 36's only rub at the rear of the front wheel well (which I did not trim) when flexing. The worst offender is the "fang" area in front of the front tires. It rubbed when backing into my driveway before the trimming (w/ 36's).

Sure Triaged, you had to outdo me huh?

BTW you might want to go to steel braided braklines also. I've heard of the stock rubber ones getting old and expanding a little every time you apply pressure. Steel braided ones won't expand, therefore all the pressure will get to your calipers, and wheel cylinders.

Answer to ? #1 - &gt; Install 1 ton brakes like I did. I stop better than any car i have ever owned...

Answer to ? #2 - &gt; Yes, trim them fenders...
