two questions?

First,did all k series truck cabs come with the removable tranny hump?
Second,what company is the best to get parts for a later model np 205,
slip yoke style.Out of a 81' k30.Thanks

81-up went solid floor pan so floor was set for 2wd or 4wd only.

and what parts do you want for 205 ?

few good vendors here. and lots of private parts sales in the classifyeds.

my 81 had the bolt in tunnel, I think the non bolted years might have started as late as '84

my 81 donor k30 still has the removable hump.the 205 works fine but while its out i want to pull it down,vat it or blast it to remove rust and paint,so i need gaskets,seals,and etc.also i know alot of people use rtv to seal between the adaptor and tranny,but mine looks like some sort of rubber seal.

factory is rubber gasket from adaptor to tranny yes.

my 82 hump is removable, my 88 isnt. pretty easy to find out tho...

My 84 is removable as was my 87..Cool thing is the 4wd shifter from the 87 bolted perfect into the 84 making the 208 install easy.
