Were do you get the plastic or nylon thinggies that go between the springs, and were to get new bushings for stock rear springs?

energy supension make urathane bushings you can check for bushings there.

go to your local spring shop. I have a AAAspring down here. spring slider pads I think is more what they are called. anti friction pads? quick and easy....

What happens if you don't use them, my old ones were shot and the new springs didn't come with any?
