I ordered a softopper probably a little over a month ago and finally got a chance to put it on yesterday. I noticed when UPS delivered the package that the box was a little beat up. Didn't think much of it.
When I opened the box I see that both bed rails are busted in half. I don't know what the heck they did but it wasn't too good. Called up Softopper today, told them the problem, said they would send out new ones right away. Couple hours later I had a tracking number from UPS.
This company in my opinion is one of the best and all of you that have been talking about getting a soft top for your K5 and couldn't because nobody made one need to step up and support this place. Very good customer service.
