I am going to a shackle flip and a zero rate block to remove the rear blocks.

I will need to replace the length of the u bolts. Does anyone know where I can get the correct length u bolts?

if you wanna go local, trailer and spring shops will have em. offroaddesign.com also has em i believe.

axle tube dia for round bend. then add the tube dia + pack thickness+ zero rate+ top plate and nut thickness this will give you the length of the legs on the ubolt.

so example : 3" tube = 3" round bend
...............: 3" tube +2.5" pack+ 1" zero +1/4 top plate+ 3/4 tall nut with washer=7.5 " legs.

so 3" round bend and 7.5 leg ubolt will be waht you ask for . and i always go 5/8 rod for the size and it is grd 8 over the smaller rods that are grd 5.
