U-bolt torque spec?

My BDS lift has what I think are 9/16" (15/16" hex) u-bolts, and I decided to check the torque tonight. While, I didn't find any loose, I did find some that had not been tightened fully. Can anyone tell me what the torque spec is on these?

i believe its 140 foot pounds for our trucks
that is with 5/8" bolts though...

on the 9/16" ubolts i have installed from bds, they say from 90-110 ft-lbs.
