I know this has been talked about before but I still don't understand the different size u-joints. So my question is I am going to rebuild my front drive shaft. Pull it apart, clean it, and put in new u-joints. I have an 81 k10 sub with a 10blt. What size u-joint do I need. My dshaft has 3, I believe. And what's a good brand to use I would like them to be greasable. Also I have put a 14blt in the rear and I am going to get a new dshaft for it from High Angle or somewhere like there. I have a 208 with the slipyoke so my factory rear dshaft has 2 u-joints put my new one will have 3 what size should I use? THANKS

For the front, because you are leaving it stock, you will use the original size. For the rear, 1350. Cheap and easy. Just ask Jesse when you talk to him and he will tell you what you need.

What size are the front? 1310 and while I am at it what size goes in a set of 10blt axles? THANKS

Spicer is a good brand.

Front axle joints = 5-760x (spicer part number)
Front axle @ pinion = 1310 size

The ujoints in the front CV are differnt then the one at the pinion.

If you are going to get a rear driveshaft built then get it built with 1350 size ujoints.
