i want to put my 14bff in my chevy 1/2 ton. are the u-joints the same for a half ton rear as a 3/4 ton rear? if not can i just change the u-joint or do i have to get a diffrent yolk also?

The 14 bolt uses a 1350 yoke, and the driveshaft will have either a 1310 or ... the other weird one.

You'll need a magic U-joint that has both sizes on it, a conversion U-joint. Measure your driveshaft for the smaller size, and then search here for the conversion part #.

Someone should repost the part numbers or go through the parts numbers thread and take out all the useless jibberish

Here's the reference I use for U-joints. IIRC, the 12-bolt rear used a 1310, but there's one other size, S-something? Anyway, break out your calipers and you can double-check.

Moog #348, btw, is the 1310-1350 *if* that's what you end up needing.
