So last night me and my buddy put my np203 back in and when we went to put the front driveshaft back in one of the bolts that holds the u joint in( looks like a C)apparently rusted or something in the month it was half in. Long story short our judgement was off and the head of the bolt is now pretty much rounded off. What should I do?

Penetrating oil like kroil sprayed on the bolt for a couple days. Then real tight vice grips and hopefully working the bolt back and forth will free it up. Other than that you can try to weld another nut to the end of the bolt and same as above except use a correct size box end wrench and work it back and forth.

Is it a ubolt or the strap with two straight bolts? If a U-bolt, you can just cut it off. The straight bolts can be hex head or cap head. For cap head, try hammering the next bigger torx bit into the slot intended for allen wrench. For hex head, try hamming the next smaller socket on. Or go pick up a set of those bolt extractors that bite into the rounded off head. Or weld a nut as suggested above.
