U-joints???

Does anyone have any input on which ujoint/yoke size would be best to run with my setup? My 86 just had an 18" lift installed and I will be putting a divorced 205 to help with driveshaft angles, but which ujoints would be best? 1310? 1330? 1350? 1410? Or something I have not even considered yet? What comes from the factory on a Dana 60 and 14 Corp.? What would really be the advantages of upgrading the yokes, if their are any advantages. The truck is primarily used for mud, with a little street driving (to and from mud holes). So, what would be the way to go?
